Location: University of Minnesota / Gillette Children’s Rett clinic
Participants: People with Rett syndrome who are beginning prescribed trofinetide through the associated clinic

What is being studied?
This observational study uses remote eye tracking and other non-invasive measurements to examine attention, eye movement, learning and autonomic function before and after trofinetide treatment. The researchers are looking for measures that can capture cognitive changes without relying on speech or extensive motor responses.
