Participants: Females with Rett syndrome or likely Rett, generally aged 1–18 years; a typically developing comparison group is also included

What is being studied?
Participants undergo a non-invasive EEG with evoked-potential measurements. Researchers are investigating whether brain-activity measures are stable over time, relate to clinical severity and change when a person’s clinical condition changes.

Recruiting sites include Los Angeles, Aurora, Boston, Philadelphia, Nashville and Houston.
